Hello,

After installing Visual Studio Community 2015 on Windows 8.1 (64) my Power Pivot add-in (11.0.5058) in Excel 2010 won't load any more. 

The same happened with VS Express 2013, so it's nothing new.

I guess it's something to do with the dotnet frameworks. Does anybody know any more details about this issue?

According to your description, you are experiencing the Power Pivot won't load issue after installing Visual Studio, right?

In your scenario, can you see the PowerPivot add-in on the Add-Ins? The issue might be caused by that this add-in was unchecked when installing Visual Studio. You can check it on
File->Options->Add-Ins->COM Add-ins

If PowerPivot add-in is not available on that, please refer to the link below.
