I am currently working on a 6.5 XenApp farm and have been trying to get PowerShell working on a XenApp server.  I have downloaded the XenApp 6.5 SDK from Citrix and installed it.  I have tried on numerous servers to simply run get-xafarm and have not been successful.  The Windows Firewall is disabled.  XenApp is installed and handing out sessions on the server I am working off of.

BTW, the server version is 2008 R2 Standard.
