In "WS 2012 R2" I have set up in DNS Manager in mysite.com in "New Host(A or AAAA)..." two new RDCB01 And RDCB02 Remote Desktop Connection parameters with IPv4 addresses Round Robin type.  I then setup these IPv4 addresses as Static IPv4 in Advanced under the IP Settings and DNS tabs.

What I want to know is how do you populate and configure RDCB01.mysite.com And RDCB02.mysite.com to use them further down the Remote Desktop Spectrum?

Based on the description, are we trying to achieve load balance between these RDS servers? If yes, we can try to deploy RD connection broker high availability to achieve this.
