Physical Fabric to Virtual Machine Network

I have a unique situation that seems to have us stumped.  We have a SCVMM 2012 R2 deployment using the Windows Server Gateway as our NVGRE router.  We have been asked to host a physical machine that runs on RISC chipset and therefore cannot be P2V'd.  We were hoping to connect this machine to our ToR switch and assign it a VLAN that would then have a VM Network created based on this Logical network. However, we then discovered during testing that you cannot connect these VM networks based on Logical networks to the NVGRE Gateway.  This essentially means that we cannot then extend the VM Network to our clients on premise network via site-to-site VPN.

Does any one have another suggestion as to how we could connect this physical resource to a VM network that could then be extended to an on premise network through the NVGRE gateway via a S2S VPN?

(I fully understand that I was probably not nearly as clear as I needed to be so please don't hesitate to ask for clarification)
