Just need a script to export the security delegation permissions in active directory and then import the permissions in another test domain having similar AD OU str

Use Powershell. Start here

AFAIK,

Permissions are unique in each domain and it is assigned to their SIDs. You cant use those SIDs in other domain.

There is no direct Export and Import option.  Did you migrate these objects?

You could export the permissions first. Here is another scripts from Paul.
