After updating the UR in management servers and the agents .In the views the Patch list is not getting updated for the management servers 

It is a design feature. When applying the Update Rollups, check the version as per Kevins article@

The update patch list is applied for agent. for management server, you do not see any patch list updated.

For server, you should check the file version.
