Hello IT Guru'sWe have remote users who just access the OWA - many users just use the OWA monthly or soo --- our password expiry policy is every 1 month - so the users who dint used the OWA for the past last month - when he tries to login through OWA he cant able to login since his password is expire --So we are looking for a solution where the remote users can change there password - if it is expired -- so they can just input the old password and then change it new one..So would you kindly let me know what is the best way where we can have this options -- can we use the traidisional password reset system which offers by Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail -- when the user forget is password the reset password send to his mention email IDPlease let me know for further any query'sThanks

You could notify users they have to change their password within x amount of time; e.g.as a pop-up when logging in.Once the password has expired the user can be presented with a login page requiring the user to change the password in order to continue. Technically the password itself is not expired.Creativity cannot be taught, but it can be learned.
