PRINTDLG problem
We have a Windows Server 2003 system that we are having network problems with. FYI, it is not being used as a server, but for data collection. It is not in a domain, just a workgroup. Every time we print something (to an IP-connected printer), when the PRINTDLG box is displayed, it attempts (unsuccessful) accesses to lots of systems on our corporate network (as shown by What's Running TCP connections). Windows XP systems in the same workgroup do not exhibit this behavior. We assume these accesses have something to do with the server functionality, but since we are not actually using it as a server, is there something we can turn off to inhibit this behavior?

Hi, You might get some help in Print/Fax forum. You might want to create a new thread in that forum or wait for some time so that, a moderator would move this thread there. http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/winserverprint/threadsI do not represent the organisation I work for, all the opinions expressed here are my own.
