PKI - digitally sign documents
Hello Guys
I have a Windows
2003 Domain.
I would like to use PKI to digitally sign documents - to start with.
I'd like the document to be accepted by two different
people, such as e.g. an accountant and later Chief Financial Officer.
To do this I would like 2 Tier Model PKI 2008
R2 on servers.
My question: Does PKI allow to sign a document
by two different people?
Thanks for every advice !!!

Yes it is possible and PKI as such does not bother about how many signatures you put on one single document or file.
So the question is more about if the application you are using does allow for more than one signature or not so the question is what application are you going to use to sign the documents?

You can insert multiple signatures lines into Word documents and Excel workbooks in the office suite: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/word-help/add-or-remove-a-digital-signature-in-office-documents-HA010099768.aspx#BM3
