P2v Linux
Does anyone knows a a free tool that allows me to convert physical Linux Machines to Hyper-V, Virtual Server or vmware server?

Hi nrdfeeling,

Also on linux, don't forget the tools that are builtin - such as dd. Which will make a bit for bit disk image of your hard disk, additionally partimage will not copy unused areas of the disk to reduce the image size.
