Is there some integration between Outlook and service manager.  i'm looking to create incidents and requests from a specific e-mail queue.

From outlook there is only one integration that i know of. Thats Cireson Outlook Console. http://cireson.com/apps/outlook-console/

if you mean mail integration from exchange there is the Microsoft Exchange Connector 3.1 that you can download and configure to parse a mailbox and greate/update workitems based on emails.
