Outlook 2003 prompts safe mode
Hi all,I have an strange issue in one of our Terminal server (windows server 2003 enterprise edition with SP2) . MS Outlook 2003 with sp3 is installed.When ever user clicks or opens on Outlook it always prompts - Do you want to start Outlook in safe mode ?
Thought reinstallation would help me , this morning i have reinstalled MS suite with SP3 and gave a try openning outlook still the same issue. Below is log pasted. Hi Please try1. Log into Outlook as the Administrator (to activate Outlook)2. Delete the following Reg key: HKLM\System\CCS\Service\Outlook\Performance3. Hi Rajesh,Thanks for update.As suggested i have tried delted key and from cmd prompt - lodctr /R , didn't work.. i even restarted still the same . Still prompts outlook in safe mode.Thanks,Bala.
