Hi,

I have installed System Center Orchestrator successfully and tried some runbooks in the Runbook Designer.

But for some reason, when I look at the orchestration console, the instance statistics in the summary of each runbook don't increment.

Am I missing something?

Hi Martin.

Can you tell me whether you have SP1 deompoyed to your System Center Orchestrator environment please?  There was an issue with this previously, but this was resolved in SP1.  See the following article for details:

Actually it is SP1.

About gives me System Centre 2012 SP1 and the following designer version:

Designer: 7.1.3022.0

I'm not sure where to go from here.

Interestingly in one of my environments it works, but I don't for the life of me know what the difference between the two environments is (they're both showing the same version).

Same issue here. SP1. Used to work before, now every number i 0.
