Hello All,

We are getting the following error in few of the agent machines that they are unable to execute the vbs scripts (Free disk space, CPU utilization etc). We had checked the antivirus and we have exception to execute the scripts in the Health service state folder too. The CPU and disk utilization is also normal.

It would help of you can you post the exact error messages - just a couple of examples and delete out any specific information such as server names - and let us know the repeat count of each. Also, what operating system are the servers throwing the errors? Is it really that they can't execute or are they timeouts>

You will get these occasionally. If the repeat count is a couple of times a day for scripts that execute either every 5 minutes or every 15 minutes then I'd not worry too much.

Hi Graham,

Below are the errors we find in SCOM or the events. Event ID triggered in the agent server is 21404. There are 4 or 5 instances daily. The agent us running in Server 2008 R2
