Only one VPN user can connect at a time
We have started up a new regional office at a Regus office building, where four people are sitting on the Regus network and connect to our LAN using VPN. This is a temporary solution until we get a site-to-site solution established. We are however experiencing a major issue. The first user can easily connect to VPN and the rest can use the Internet meanwhile, however when the second user tries to establish a VPN connection the first ones VPN connection is lost. As such only one person can be connected to VPN at a time.We establish the VPN connections using Microsoft ISA Server 2006 at the main office, and when the issue arrises the ISA server throws a warning in the log: Event Type:WarningEvent Source:RasmanEvent Category:NoneEvent ID:20209Date:05-12-2008Time:14:14:21User:N/AComputer:xxxxxxxxxDescription:A connection between the VPN server and the VPN client 90.152.66.59 has been established, but the VPN connection cannot be completed. The most common cause for this is that a firewall or router between the VPN server and the VPN client is not configured to allow Generic Routing Encapsulation (GRE) packets (protocol 47). Verify that the firewalls and routers between your VPN server and the Internet allow GRE packets. Make sure the firewalls and routers on the user's network are also configured to allow GRE packets. If the problem persists, have the user contact the Internet service provider (ISP) to determine whether the ISP might be blocking GRE packets. For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.I suspect that it is a setting at the Regus infrastructure end, but so far they haven't found anything.Does anyone have a suggestion?Thank you in advance

Hi, For the ISA-related issue, I suggest that you post it in the Forefront Edge Security forum. The support professionals there are better qualified to assist you. For your convenience, Ive included the link to the Forefront Edge Security forum: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/forefrontedgesecurity/ Thank you for your understanding.
