Is there a way to only accept connections from a Specific IP range? I only want users within a specific IP Range to be able to access the server. I need to do this without using Active Directory. This can beachieved using the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security.Open the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security console fromthe Start Menu.Select the type of traffic you want to control (for example "File and Printer Sharing (SMB-in)" and double-click it.On the Scope tab select the IP addresses or IP range you want to specifically deny or allow.
