If you have configured a GPO for offline files, You can use the Security filtering to Deny this policy for a specific user or computer.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Best,

Ramiro.

Hi

Please check the local GPO of that computer, or create a GPO for that computer.

The settings are available in User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Network\Offline Files and in Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Network\Offline Files in the Group Policy Object Editor snap-in.

The setting you want is:

Allow or disallow use of the Offline Files feature

Determines whether the Offline Files feature is enabled.

This setting also disables the Enable Offline Files option on the Offline Files tab. This prevents users from changing the option while a setting controls it.
