Office 365 email signatures below each message, not at the end of thread

Hi Office365 gurus,

We have moved to office365 lately and still struggle with tons of signatures at the end of teach email thread. Our consulting partner was not able to provide to us a solution to include email signature centrally, based on AD data to appear at the end of the messages, when peaople are replying to emails, but below the last message in the thread.

Any help or hint greatlu appreciated!
