We are running SP2013 Standard on-prem, PRE SP1

Search seems to be working fine apart from one thing, we do not get any results for any number in the OfficeLandLand field

Indexes are fresh, fields are populated profiles are imported with values, all other search results seem to be fine

Have you checked the managed property mappings and searched using that term directly? I don't know if that's a standard crawled field or not, not all data makes it into the index and even then not all is always used as part of a free text search.

Did you customize the search result page? How did you configure search page and Office LandLine field?

Since the value of the Office LandLine field may have been searched but not displaying on the search result page, please check if the Office LandLine field has displayment control in search page.

Please search the Office LandLine value in OOTB search center to check whether the Office LandLine field is crawled.
