O365 Licensing with PowerShell

I would like some help with powershell.  I trying to use powershell to change O365 licenses.  Using the Get-MsolAccountsku it returns my AccountSkuID of AWWstd:STANDARDWOFFPACK_STUDENT.  Currently this license has been applied in full to all users.  I now want to change this and disable some parts of the licensing plan.  In O365 portal I see the following options for my license.

Office 365 Education E1 for Students

Mobile Device Management for Office 365 (Pending Activation)

Yammer for Academic

Office Online for Education

Skype for Business Online (Plan 2)

SharePoint Plan 1 for EDU

Exchange Online (Plan 1)

How do I write a script that would only apply the Office Online for Education, Exchange Online and SharePoint Plan 1 licenses to all users or even better to a list of users contained within a csv file who currently exist in O365?  I have tried writing a couple powershell commands but they don't run, so some help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
