Ntfrs Error ID 13575
In my Windows Server 2008 R2 OS in the Event Viewer there is an error pertains as Ntfrs Error ID 13575 states-(This domain controller has migrated to using the DFS replication service to replicate the SYSVOL share.Use of the File Replication service for replication of non-SYSVOL content sets has been deprecated and therefore, the service has been stopped.The DFS replication service is recommended for replication of folders,the SYSVOL share on domain controllers and DFS link targets). What is this error? And What is the remedy for this error?MumthazMuhsin

This is a consequence of process/configuration that is not described in your question. Will you please provide more information on the procedure/configuration? Is the only this specific error only? 1. Some basic info is here http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc773238(WS.10).aspx 2. FRS to DFRS migration tool is here http://blogs.technet.com/b/askds/archive/2010/05/27/frs-to-dfsr-migration-tool-released.aspx 3. You will not harm the system if you check domain by dcdiag (look after DNS too) Regards Milos

Hi, Would you please check what is the current Forest Functional Level? Once Forest Functional Level is upgraded to Windows 2008, DFSR takes over file replication and File replication service will stop.
