Hi All,I see an error in event viewer on NTbackup Setup : windows 2003 server Task== i am backing up using ntbackup.exe everyday to tape , since 4 days it stopped backing up , when i saw the event viewer i see this error Event Type: ErrorEvent Source: NTBackupEvent Category: NoneEvent ID: 8019Date: 1/7/2010Time: 1:39:58 AMUser: N/AComputer: testDescription:End Operation: Warnings or errors were encountered. Consult the backup report for more details. For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.Observation: I see that VSS service , Removable storage services are set to manual and they are stopped , does this be an issue ?Below is the pattern i observed when it was working===============================System Logremovable storage entered running statevss entered running stateMS software shadow copy entered running stateApplication LogI see that ntbackup is called and backup funciton done Later the above services under System log gets stopped.Please help me to fix the problem

Thanks for the link but my ntbackup.exe version is superior than it is mentioned in the KB 5.2.3790.3959 So this would not help me , i am trying to understand if the above 3 services should be in stopped state or started state ?
