I'm trying to setup my 2012R2 to be router. But every time when I try to add Remote Access role it fails with error:

'The request to add or remove features on specified server failed. The operation cannot be completed, because the server that you have specified requires a restart.'

I've selected option to restart server if needed but no luck. I've also restarted server manually few times but every time same problem.Can somebody help me with this so I can finally finish my migration. Thanks
