Non-Persistent Certificate Processing
I have windows 2008 R2 CA ,and i dont want to store my OCSP certificate requests in my CA database . So i want to use the feature named (Non-Persistent Certificate Processing ). So i went to the OCSP Certificate Template and i checked the ( Do not include revocation information in issued certificates) and (Do not store certificates and requests in the CA database ). But still the OCSP Certificates are shown in the CA Database . From Technet articles , it appears that i should also run this command : certutil –setreg DBFlags +DBFLAGS_ENABLEVOLATILEREQUESTS If i run this command , will my normal certificate templates that doesnt use (non-persistent certificate processing) be affected ? , i mean , is it a globl setting per CA? No, the setting affects only templates that has enabled this option.http://en-us.sysadmins.lv
