No gated checkbox or Horizontal Scrollbar in Looping Functoid

I have just installed BizTalk 2010 on my computer and when I go into a Looping Functoid there is no Gated checkbox on the Table Looping Grid and also no horizontal scrollbar. I have a co-worker who had the same problem but the solution he had was to wipe his entire hard drive and re-install everything.

Is there another fix to this problem? I've tried uninstalling and re-installing BizTalk, Visual Studio 2010, SQL 2008 R2 and clearing the registry.
