No Incident Edit Permission in case Queue is filtered in Role

Hi,

i have created a Role and restricted the access to just some queues.

As the result, the configured users are unable to Edit incidents, also in the queues, where they are allowed to....

Any hints?

I think you also need to give access to the task - Edit (Generic edit task for work item).

The task is assigned, thats why i dont understand why its working if i am using "All Work Items can be accessed in the queue choice, but not in case i choose all the queues directly?!?!?
