No Data for a week

I don't know if this is a global problem for azure or just something odd with my account but since last week (around 9th july) the azure portal has stopped reporting any data for my web apps. they all have 0 requests.

The requests themselves are still running and working as expected but we have no data in the portal.

is it something that I might have changed?

Hi David,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Did you check in both the portals " Management Portal and Preview Portal "?

Sometimes it could be a browser issue, which can be resolved by clearing cache, cookies and browsing history.

You may also try it in Inprivate mode or with different browser.

Try these simple steps:

1) Sign out from within the portal and signin and check
2) Go to Settings > discard modifications and check

3) If using IE, check what happens in Inprivate Browsing

4) Disable Anti-Virus / Anti Malware programs and try

Best Regards

Sadiqh Ahmed

Yes both management and preview portal have the same issue and its across multiple machines, A couple work pcs and my home laptop all show no data since 11th July 10pm for every request we have.

I've tried signing in and out and clearing all cookies to no help

Thanks, looking forward to getting this resolved as it also means we aren't getting any alerts we have set-up to get via email.

We observed that the database doesn't seem loaded and that was an issue preventing the metrics being sorted out but this was fixed.
