I am on Windows 7 - It is completely up to date.

I am using Visual Studio Express 2013 for Windows Desktop.

I have installed .NET AZURE SDK 2.4 (thye latest)

And Yet, there are no AZURE templates when I want to make a new project.

Please compare your computer environment with the azure SDK 2.4 requirement at: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=43709

In addition, there is a known issues in the Azure SDK for .NET 2.4, refer to http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/azure/dn794167.aspx for more details, below is a snippet.

Visual Studio Update- the Azure SDK will not install on machines that contain versions prior to Visual Studio 2013 Update 2 RTM. Customers that have a pre-release version of Update 3 installed will be required to upgrade to Update 3 RTM. New installations will automatically include Update 3 as part of Visual Studio 2013 Express for Web.
