Good day, I am trying to install Server 2k8 on a Dell OPtilex 78O. I require assistance to get the NIC, and VGA drivers as the drivers on the 78O cd wont work on server 2k8 as they are for WIN 7, Vista and XP. I did try installing these drivers but they didnt work as message drivers not for this OS message is seen. Any assistance is welcomed.

You will need to find out what the NIC is and see if the manufacturer has issued a driver for Server 2008. Note that you need different drivers for the 32 and 64 bit version of the OS. I found the fix You can use the drivers on the Dell Drivers CD but dont go thru the setup. Manually point the device in Devie manager to the driver and it should install successfully. In this case Vista was used.
