Newbie Powershell user with Questions

I love the powershell but I have so many questions.

I did a migration of Godaddy Office365 to Enterprise O365 and got smoked this weekend. I finally gave up on the PS and did it by the gui...but I need to get my powershell issues resolved:

1. How do I install the powershell cmdlets for Exchange Online?

2. I tried to use the Powershell ISE but the commands didn't show. When I update will the commands list in there?

3. Should I be managing MSOL service with the Azure AD PS, Azure PS, Windows PS or Windows ISE?

I've been using the Powershell ISE with Azure and had no problems but using it with O365 was just too stressful.

For number 1, check out this link on connecting to Exchange Online: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj984289(v=exchg.150).aspx

Number 2, I don't quite follow what you're asking. The commands didn't show where? Do you mean the auto-complete suggestions? The command window? Do any commands "show" or none at all?

The answer to your third question depends entirely on what you're trying to do. Specific tasks are going to be better suited to different tools (ie: Are they unattended/automated?).

I was trying to move the user data off on 0365 plan and import it into another. I tried to use the commands using the powershell ISE but the modules weren't installed. I'll try later today and post. Thanks for the prompt reply.
