We've built out the Windows Azure Pack and everything went well except when we login as the tenant and try to create a site we get a generic error that the site could not be provisioned. Is there a lot file we can review? Where are errors within the tenant site reported?

Specifically the subscription for a tenant says ACTIVE (OUT OF SYNC) following with this message:

One or more errors occurred while contacting the underlying resource providers. The operation may be partially completed. Details: Internal server error occurred. Command execution stopped because the preference variable "ErrorActionPreference" or common parameter is set to Stop: Not found

Any help? This is preventing a new tenant from creating a new site.

Are there any log files to review?
