New SLA dashboard notworking(empty)

Hi,

When I create a new SLA dashboard is not showing any data, my old SLA dashboards are working fine. I tried recreating the SLO and then the SLA dashboard without success.

I'll appreciate any suggestion

I follow this example for an Exchange 2013 SLA: http://www.msexchange.org/articles-tutorials/exchange-server-2013/management-administration/monitoring-exchange-2013-scom-2012-part4.html

Check configuration of SLA dashboard as exist in the following article: Configuring the Service Level Dashboards

If SLA Dashboard is still empty, you can refer below link

Hi Mai,

I already check the configuration of the SLA as the article you provided me, didn't find anything wrong, also reviewing the other article I can't run the PS script because I have list the data warehouse synchronization server as you can se below.

I'll Keep searching for a solution.

Regards.

Hi All,

I tried to add an old SLO into the SLA dashboard and worked, so I guess the issue is related to the new SLO objects created.

I'll appreciate any suggestion.

Hi,

Please check whether you can get SLO value by creating a report of the same Service Level Tracking object under Microsoft service level report library.

If the report is fine, then you may go through the similar thread as below:

Hi,

The report do not works for the new SLO, only works for the old SLOs.

Do you know how can I proceed to solve the issue?
