I have a server that had windows server 2008 r2 enterprise on it and due to a hardware failure I had to install a new hard drive. After I installed the new hard drive I put my 2008 dvd in and got it all installed. I then put in the activation code and it said it had already been used. How can you fix this?

It's from an account on MSND student account. The other problem I am having is when I installed it the second time around the install took about 10 minutes and there are differences in the install. I had problems with sharing, such as roaming profiles are not able to work, and the server manager even looks different.
