Network Bridging
So I am in my dorm room, I have wireless here, the wired hook-up in my room is ____ (wireless is better). Basically I want to use my laptop as a bridge to wired ethernet to a switch to the xbox 360. Is this possible? Essentially I want to do the reverse of making my computer an access point. Here is a map:College provided wifi --> my wireless card --> my ethernet port --> 4 port switch --> xbox 360 and roommate's computerany suggestions?Patrick McDougle

Well, we found out what the real problem was with the ethernet hook-up in my room, something on the Network Administrator's side, luckily we didn't have to do this ICS thing.
