Netlogon Error
Hello
Im getting this error for one machine on the event viewer
The session setup from the computer Computername failed to authenticate. The name(s) of the account(s) referenced in the security database is Computername$. The following error occurred:
Access is denied.
So i tried doing this
netdom reset 'machinename' /domain:'domainname
My sintax was this:
C:\Users\administrator>netdom reset Computername /domain:mydomain.local
The network path was not found.
The command failed to complete successfully.
As far i read this was the solution to my problem but its not working... i get that error
I dont know if im doing something wrong, i can ping Computername so is not like a DNS problem or anything..
Anyone can help? thank you in advance
Cheers

Hello,
if the netdom command doesn't help, rejoin the machine to the domain.Best regards Meinolf Weber Disclaimer: This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties or guarantees , and confers no rights.

Hi there,
It seems that computer fails to authenticate with domain controller, I would like to suggest you to rejoin this problematic computer to the domain, and then check if the issue can be fixed.
Hope it helps.
