I have a VPS and am moving my sites to a new VPS old one has 2003R2 the new one has 2003. I have put the sites in iis and set them up exactly the same on new server as old server. Sites won't come up..server people say that port 80 is blocked and cant tell me how to fix the problem, only handle hardware issues. any way my hubby usually does this and he is in the hospital and I have to learn real fast how to do this, so any help I can get will be greatly appriciated. I went into properties on the sites and security tab and checked to make sure that access was granted to each site via IP, but don't know what else to do.
