Need To Enforce Auto Logoff Atfer 5 Hours Idle Time

Hello,
I have been searching for a few days now for a way to auto logoff users after 5 hours of inactivity (like when the screensaver starts, or the screen is locked) and have been unsuccessful thus far.
We have a strict screen saver/auto lock policy that is set to run after 10 minutes that cannot be changed, so enforcing the logoff at screen saver using winexit.scr or similar methods isn't an option.
I am running 4 servers: 2 DC's and 2 Support Servers all running 2008 R2. I dont want the auto logoff policy to apply to the servers, just to all my client systems which are all running Windows XP. Currently I have about 150 Clients.
Also I am not very script savvy so before you post a script that "works" please elaborate on whats what and how to implement it. Otherwise it will just be falling on deft ears.

Also I have seen a lot of "Well isn't screen lock just as secure?" Before you ask, my drive for implementing this is not security. Many times users forget to logoff. I have updates being pushed to these machines on a daily basis, most of which require a
reboot...Need I go on...?
Please Help!
Thanks in adavance for all your past and present support!

Unfortunatly the above post does absolutely nothing for me...They are working using 2003 while I am using 2008...and they keep saying to modify GPO options that don't exist on 2008 and they mention WINEXIT.SCR which I cant use for reasons i stated above.
It seems there is no real way to do this...
