Native Windows Server 2008 Zip functionality
Hello all,I have just created my first schedule task in Windows Server 2008 in order to automate a backup of my Microsoft Outlook Business Contact Manager Database. However, I still need to get the .BAK generated file and zip it. As Windows natively supports zipping file, I would like to know how can I use it in my script (like a line command) and not install any third part application (winrar, winzip, etc).Kindly Regards,Igor.Project Manager at INOVATIVA Tecnologia www.inovativatec.com

Hello, For scripting issues, I suggest discussing them in our MSDN forum. They mainly deal with scripting issues and should be the best resource to help you. http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en/categories/ Tim Quan - MSFT
