Hello Vinay, Did you see any detailed error message in the Ntbackup utility? Did the issue happens to all tapes or just a specific tape? Please follow the steps on the problematic server and then check if the issue will re-occur. 1. Start -> Run -> Regedit 2. find and locate the following subtree HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\BackupRestore\FilesNotToBackup Create a REG_MULTI_SZ called "Catalog Database" (Without the quotation) Add the following value: "%SystemRoot%\System32\CatRoot2\* /s" (Without the quotation) 3.
