Is there any way to import a client into NPS using netsh that has the & character in the shared secret?
We have a global secret that we use and it contains a &.
NPS client import with netsh

If you put quotes around the secret, it will import.
netsh nps add client name=test address=1.1.1.1 state=enable "sharedsecret=thisworks&"
