Hi I am new to NIC Teaming. I had teamed two Braodcomm NIC(Active, standby with Load balancing ) using BACS(Bradcomm Advanced Control Suite) in one of my windows 2003(X64) server. If i remove teaming invidudually the NIC works fine. If i team the NIC and assign seperate IP to that Virtual NIC it works for a day and goes down not able to use the same IP again. I randomly change IP to make the server up. I am trying to find the reason for the failure. Please help me in finding the same. Regards Jude
