Hi, I am afraid that we cannot import the firewall rules from spreadsheet by using netsh command. You may consider creating the rules on one computer and then export and import the rules to other computers. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc771920(WS.10).aspx Alternatively, if this is a domain environment, you can configure the firewall rules by using group policy.
