some of my computer specs Windows 7 Home premium Ram 8GB DDR3 possessor i7 3.6ghz nivida g660 video card

My computer time changes when i update it in anyway. if i go and just change the time zone it pops back to the time same with updating it with the internet time or changing the internet time server. I have checked to see if its a bois virus and the cmos battery all good i even pluged in a harddrive with windows 7 on and tried to change the time it and it worked so it has nothing to do with bois it has something to do with the data on this hardrive. Can any one help or tell me how to find how what programs are changing windows time? if that is the case.

Also the time changes back within 4 seconds of changing it.
