Multiple tablix within same report

I have an RDL using one dataset, but will 3 tables/tablix (based on status filters).  Two of the tables are side-by-side. The third is below the top right table, which is usually very short. My problem is that the third table moves down based on the left side table, which can get long.

How can I anchor the left bottom table to the length of the top right table, irregardless of the length of the top left table? I am using VS 2013 to create SSRS reports.

This gives you an idea of the proportions, though they change.

Hi jctvfc,

Based on my understanding, three tables exist in your report. Now, you dont want to make the third table move down based on the top left table, right?

In Reporting Service, rectangles can be used as containers to help control the way data regions render in a report. In your scenario, we can add a rectangle into the report, then drag the top right table and third table into the rectangle. When previewing the report, the third table wont move down based on the top left table. Please refer to our test results:
1. The same scenario as yours.

2. Add a rectangle, drag top right table and third table into the rectangle, then preview the report.

Add a Rectangle or Container (Report Builder and SSRS)

If you have any question, please feel free to ask.

You can use a rectangle container for that

just place tables to be grouped inside a rectangle and then they will move together to align in same line
