Multiple instances of a Certificate Server on the same host?
The following URLs describe a new feature of Windows Certificate server is the ability to install multiple instances on the same
server.

Windows DO NOT support multiple instances of Certification Authority (ADCS). All links you mentioned talks about Enrollment Web Service (a new functionality introduced in Windows Server 2008 R2) which is not a ADCS instance. Still, only one ADCS instance
