I want to create 4 reports on one page of ssrs report,but all the reprot should be in thier own frame, because i want to create 4 scroll bar with every report. As soon as the data increase , scroll bar appear ,but it should not go beyond its frame and it should not impact the position of rest of report.

As far as I know, this might not be possible using subreports. You can achieve it in other ways, using the ReportViewer control for each report in an aspx page, or ReportViewer web part on SharePoint. On SharePoint, you can also use PerformancePoint to create a dashboard, put each report in its own fixed-size area and you can also put in filters that are linked to all reports.
