I have tested all my reports in DEV server and move  50% reports to PRODA server ,30% reports to PRODB

and 20% reps to PRODB

How can I make this happen?

You can do with tools like  reportsynch

https://code.google.com/p/reportsync/

It gives GUI  where you can give the   source and target report server locations and select the necessary folders.

Only thing to remember is to mannually add datasources refrences after moving the reports onto new server.

According to your description, you want to migrate hundreds of reports from DEV server to three PROD server.

In your scenario, you can use Reporting Services Migration Tool to migrate reports from one server to another report server. Or you can use rs.exe script to migrate the content to the new report server. Besides, you can also use the Reporting Services Scripter tool or PowerShell, please refer to this similar thread: SQL Server Reporting services migration (2008 to 2012).
