I have recently started a Secondary DNS Server on a Server 2003 R2 SP2 using the configuration that was on a Windows 2000 server. The Domaion'local configuration in the Forward Lookup is fine as is the the Reverse Lookup for the subnet, but the _msdcs.domain.local has an error and will not load from the master, with a Transfer of zone data from master failed. There are no log entries in the Event Viewer. Does anyone have any ideas?Vern Orlik
