Monitoring IIS shared hosting

My company hosts multiple shared webservers using IIS. i am trying to find a method to monitor each of the websites on such IIS servers.

The metrics i would like to have are the total CPU usage, RAM usage and storage usage per website (including logs) in both realtime and historical views (as SCOM can already do) and to report on demand, send report to email or fileshare, and alert when the usage of one of the 3 above mentioned metrics crosses a custom threshhold.

is there ANY way at all to do this with SCOM? (currently we use SCOM to monitor servers themselves)

It may not have all the metrics you need, but have you installed the IIS Management Pack for the IIS version(s) you use?
Free Windows Admin Tool Kit Click here and download it now

It IS installed but as i am a total IIS noob (the devs use that all the time but yeah) the question was primarily whether those things, including reporting and alerting, could be dealt with via SCOM 2012?
