Monitor Internet Usage
Sorry if this is in the wrong forum but not sure if someone can help/point me to the right direction. Is it possible to monitor Internet Usage on a network (Domain)? Im not looking for sites visited but more to see what percent is being downloaded/uploaded FTP connections etc, if so how? Any tools? Im using Netmon 3 but my guess is that it only looks at the local adapter and not the network. Thanks

Hello EssCee, As far as I know, we can use ISA server to general report to monitor Internet usage on a domain network. If you have any questions on the usage of ISA server, it is recommended that you can initial new threads in one of Forefront Edge Security forum. The engineers and community members there are more familiar with ISA, and can provide you with suggestions in a more efficient way. Hello, Thanks for the post but Unfortunately you havent mentioned the OS and the proxy Application you are using. If you are using ISA server as your caching server then use GFI webmonitor http://www.gfi.com/webmonits the best for reporting software on other hand if your are using UNIX flavours then we are afraid we cannot help you out. Thanks for your Understandinghttp://technetfaqs.wordpress.com
